TREE THYME

BRS LIQOUR: Trailblazin Tangerine Vodka

• 2 oz of Trailblazin Tangerine Vodka

• Juice from 1 tangerine, about ½ a cup

• 1 tablespoon of honey thyme simple syrup: ( 1cup of water, 1 cup of honey, 10 sprigs of thyme)

• Sprig of thyme for garnish

In a small saucepan bring the water and honey top a boil. Stir to combine. Take off the heat. Add the thyme and allow to steep in the refrigerator as it cools. Combine the ingredients over ice in a cocktail shaker. Shake well. Pour into a martini glass. Garnish with a Tangerine peel twist and a sprig of Thyme.
